Hi, I’m Krys — a Certified Relationship and Conscious Living Coach, and creator of the CCW™ Framework.

For years, I lived in cycles of overgiving, self-doubt, and burnout, thinking peace was something I had to earn. It wasn’t until I began to understand how my nervous system, beliefs, and patterns were connected that everything changed.

What if I can’t make a live session one week?


Life happens — and that’s okay.
If you can’t attend a session, we’ll reschedule or record your session recap so you can still stay on track.
You’ll also have follow-up guidance to make sure you don’t lose momentum.



How much time should I set aside each week?


Plan about 60–90 minutes per week for your coaching call and reflection exercises.
You can go deeper if you’d like, but even one focused hour each week can create powerful results when you show up intentionally.


I’m nervous about starting. What if I’m not ready?


It’s completely normal to feel that way — most people do.
